From Our Members:

I have been in the landscaping industry for over 10 years. My family comes from a long line of teachers. I was impressed how interesting the class was, how fast paced the day went, and I learned something valuable in every course. Myself and 2 other managers learned with all the years of experience we had, there were still things we were either wrong about or didn’t know. I plan to recommend this course to my workers in the future. Thank you ALCA.

Steve Hickman, Senior Account Manager, Landtamers Landscaping

I’ve had the pleasure of working with the Arizona Landscape Contractors’ Association (ALCA) for a while now, and they’ve been a tremendous help not only to me personally but also to the growth of my business. Their programs provide invaluable industry knowledge, ensuring that landscapers at all levels gain the skills they need to excel. One of the best aspects of ALCA is how well-rounded their education is. I enroll all my employees in their programs, which has helped us build a strong foundation and stay on the same page in terms of essential landscaping practices. Whether it’s mastering the technical aspects or staying up to date with industry standards, the training my team receives from ALCA ensures we can continue delivering high-quality service to our clients.

Jackson O’Neill, Owner, Dawn till Dusk Landscaping

I started my experience with ALCA as a student in the Tucson classes. The ACLP courses and the SLM course both provided a wonderful foundation that is now integral in my day to day duties. Now I have gone through other programs as well, but I feel that ALCA’s topic specific modules are not only easier to digest but also allow for a better understanding of the concepts shared. Now that I have the opportunity to help facilitate the Tucson classes, one of my favorite things about the program is the diversity of experience of the participants themselves. There are people who have just started in the industry as well as veterans that just want to know more. The inclusiveness of the programs ALCA offers really sets it apart as the forefront of landscape education in Arizona.
